Please arrive by 8:30 a.m. to register, find your seat, say hello to others, and enjoy coffee, tea, bagels, yogurt and fruit. We will start promptly at 9 a.m.

• Please dress comfortably in layers (or bring layers) as indoor temperatures can vary

• Fragrances can be an allergen for some, so please avoid using fragrances

• Please bring a refillable water bottle, a water bottle filling station is available at the center.

• Bring a notepad or electronic device for note taking

• Please kindly stay home if you are sick. 

We invite everyone to join us at Kardinal Hall  for dinner and bocce at 6 pm. Light appetizers provided, beverages/dinner on your own.

This is a casual restaurant, where it is easy to order your own food (and the food is good!) and mingle.

Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks prior to the training. Refunds are 85% (there is a 15% administrative fee is charged). Cancellations less than two weeks prior to the training will not receive a refund.

If you choose to bring lunch, there is a refrigerator on site. If you stay at the venue for lunch, please note that the conference room will be closed from 12:45-1:45 pm each day for an Experiential Assistants meeting. However, there is outdoor space and space in the hallway to eat if you are eating in.

This training has been approved by NBCC for 11 continuing education credits. Please check with your state licensing board to confirm that they accept NBCC CE hours toward your licensure. How it works: At the end of the conference, you will complete a course evaluation. Within a week or so, your Certificate of Completion will be uploaded to your page on this platform (Corsizio) and available for you to download. If you want CEs, please remember to sign in and out each day.

David Mars will be sharing a video recorded session of a couple with whom he has worked. In order to preserve their confidentiality, we need you to sign a confidentiality form, agreeing, among other things, to not record their session and to hold their confidentiality in the same way that we do with all our patients.
